Framed art: Framed art, including items framed with the custom framer, will ship UPS Ground in the United States. The range of pricing is based on the number of items in the order and the size. Larger items are considered oversized and are substantially more expensive when shipped internationally. (Please email us if you want a more affordable shipping method. You must be willing to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery and accept all responsibility for the package. Our money back guarantee and insurance will not cover packages shipped this way.) Print will come custom wrapped and shipped in a postal triangle. All our framed art comes in custom packaging designed to the rigors of global shipping. If for any reason it arrives damaged, please let us know so we can rectify the situation. Most orders will arrive 5 - 7 days after we receive your payment. All framed prints will include custom packaging. On rare occassions, depending on the print, some items may take 9 - 16 business days to ship. All canvas orders will not ship for 2-4 weeks. This seems like a long time, but it will be well worth the wait. These Canvas items are made by hand, so they cannot be rushed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund (excluding shipping).
